Our return policy lasts ten (10) days. If you are not happy with your merchandise for any reason, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org within ten (10) days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, you must provide a copy of your receipt and your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Unfortunately, there are no returns on custom and sale items.
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Raw Stitches, P.O. Box 705, Puyallup, Washington 98371. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I do not guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
